Enterprise
Enterprise is arranged with our sales team: quotas, rate limits, and field depth are discussed per account rather than picked from a price list. There is no self-serve checkout for Enterprise — tell us what you need and we'll follow up.

Card or prepaid — your choice
Card subscriptions go through Stripe, so we never see or store card numbers. If you prefer prepaid, you can top up your account balance with Alipay or WeChat Pay (minimum ¥50).
Prepaid top-ups are non-refundable
Alipay / WeChat top-ups cannot be refunded and cannot be offset against other invoices. The balance is drawn down by metered usage at your plan's rates.
Pricing questions
When should I upgrade from Free?+
Free is fine for evaluation and low-volume allow/block decisions at summary depth. Move to a paid plan when you need the evidence fields (trust.reasons), network/BGP detail, higher quotas, bulk lookups, or dataset downloads.
What does "field depth" actually change?+
Every tier runs the same verdict engine. Higher tiers return more of the result — reasons, network topology, contacts, activity signals — but they don't alter the underlying score. You're paying to see more of the evidence, not a different verdict.
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise is Contact us. Self-serve tiers are Free, Pro, and Business. There is no public Custom plan or fixed Enterprise price.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?+
No card needed. If you later subscribe on a paid plan, checkout is handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like from the billing dashboard through the Stripe Billing Portal.
Is the prepaid balance refundable?+
No. Alipay / WeChat prepaid top-ups are non-refundable and cannot be offset against other invoices.
